If we were meant to stay in one place, we would have roots instead of feet.

About

I’ve been infected with this disease called ‘Wanderlust’ for quite a while. I can’t settle down in 1 place for too long, get restless and seek adventure 24/7. New places are inspiring and meeting people with different backgrounds expands your horizon. I’m a nomad, home is wherever I go and wherever I work on my projects.

Photography and Traveling have always been my biggest passions in life. I almost have my Bachelors Degree Photography in the pocket and work as a freelance photographer. But there’s more; I’ve got this crazy “thing” for the US. Apparently I told my mom as a child already that I was going to move here one day. Besides traveling to the US as often as possible I soon started grabbing every opportunity to be able stay in this country for a longer amount of time; I worked at a summercamp in upstate NY, worked as an Au Pair at an American family in Munich and did a semester abroad at the State University of New York in Brockport. I’m addicted - this country is so diverse, in every aspect. I love the different cultures, the different nature and climates and ofcourse the people with all kinds of different mindsets.

And that’s where the idea behind this blog started - sharing my Stateside adventures with you guys!
